The large waterfront home was extensively renovated. Including all interior and exterior finishes. Originally designed as weekend retreat from the city hustle & bustle.

All plans and details always had a eye towards comfort, relaxation, and an eventual full time residence. The overall goal of the house was large spaces which could accommodate several guests when needed but still have an inviting intimacy when its just “drinks for two”! All the main rooms of the house, and the master bedroom overlook expansive Peconnic Bay, especially beautiful at sunset.
